Tension Reset

  • Neck Stretch Reset

Gently drop your right ear toward your shoulder. Hold for a few breaths, then switch sides.
Keep it slow and easy—no forcing, just soft movement.

  • Shoulder Roll Release

Roll your shoulders up, back, and down in a slow circle.
Repeat 5–8 times, letting each roll feel a little looser than the last.

  • Upper + Lower Body Release Stretch

Reach your arms overhead and gently stretch through your sides.
Then shift into a simple forward fold or seated leg stretch—whatever feels natural for your body

Don't forget to breathe

Energy Reset

  • Walk It Out Reset

Take a short walk outside around your neighborhood, a park, or even just up and down your street.
Let your body move without rushing or tracking anything.

  • Light Momentum Task

Pick one small thing from your to-do list and complete it.

Just one simple win to help your mind and body shift into motion.

  • Easy Cardio Rest

Do 10–15 minutes of light movement—walking faster, easy cycling, or a simple at-home cardio flow.

The goal isn’t intensity—it’s gently getting your heart rate up and your energy flowing.

This is your sign to dance it out if you want to!

Grounding Reset

  • Feet on the Floor Reset

Sit, close your eyes ( if you can) and press your feet firmly into the ground.

Notice the contact points—heels, toes, weight, pressure. Stay there for a few slow breaths.

  • Slow Breath Anchor

Inhale slowly through your nose… exhale longer than the inhale.
Let your breath set the pace—nothing to fix, just slow down.

  • Stillness Moment

Pause for 30–60 seconds without doing anything.
No phone, no fixing, no thinking ahead—just being where you are

Before You Move On

Take a moment to notice how your body feels now—maybe a little more open, a little more steady, or simply a bit more at ease than before.

There’s nothing to hold onto perfectly. Just let this feeling move with you in a simple, natural way as you continue your day
